and Conditions
1) Booking.
A deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of booking by cheque in Euro
or bank transfer. After receiving your deposit we will send you a confirmation.
2) Payment of the balance. The balance must be paid at check-in. The balance
is due by cash or cheque in Euro.
3) Refundable security deposit. We request a security deposit of Lit.
300.000/600.000 for damage, that will be refund at check-out.
4) Cancellation. If you cancel your booking we will be entitled to keep
a percentage of the cost of your stay, as follows:
cancellation 30-21 days before arrival: 30%
20-14 days before arrival: 50%
13-7 days before arrival: 80%
6-0 days before arrival: 100%
5) Personal information. All the information you provide us will be treated
as strictly confidential.
